Throughout my career in various roles such as Internal Auditor, Vice President of Training and Development, Organizational Development Consultant and Director of Arts Education and Outreach, these principles have served me well.  My diverse experiences have also taught me that these values transcend industries. Finally and equally important, these principles have
helped me to navigate the often tricky balance of building a professional career and being a
Mom to four children.  I have had to calibrate my own compass by re-evaluating priorities and pivoting at different points in my journey.  All of this has led me to where I am today - doing the work I love by supporting individuals, teams, and systems in understanding and leveraging their strengths to achieve their professional and personal goals.
